Client invested € 3M Euros so far in the project and the website is currently operating Live and have around 40.000 registered customers.

Client has had a bit of a standstill in the last 4 months because of PSPs not operating properly and other factors. Now he’s getting back and making a re-start.

There will be an integration of new sports book provider with a much better package/offer and better commercial deal to have a better margin and hold.

It is not a profitable company yet but his not going minus or losing in the Betting or Casino Departments regarding the offer but have had big expenses and big operations.

The company is owned 100% and regarding the shares, the owner is ready and open to discuss different deals and agreements but only orientated regarding investment/funds.
