Step 2: Prepare Your Business for Sale

Teaser Profile

In certain instances where our marketing strategy involves approaching competitors, we utilize a condensed version of the CIM called the Teaser Profile.

This 3 to 7-page abstract provides potential buyers with a glimpse into your business while maintaining confidentiality.

By using the Teaser Profile, we can more effectively qualify buyers before providing them with the complete CIM. This approach ensures that only genuinely interested and qualified buyers gain access to your confidential information.

This recorded interview, lasting 30 to 60 minutes, allows buyers to hear your story directly from you. While engaging in individual conversations with every prospective buyer would be impractical, the Telephone Interview solves this challenge. 

By arranging a discussion between you and our expert interviewer, we enable you to convey your passion, enthusiasm, and expertise. This personalized account of your business’s history, operations, and highlights fosters a genuine connection between you and the buyer.
