Stake is advancing its global expansion by acquiring Italy-based Baldo Line and its Idealbet.it brand.
Following the November acquisition of Betfair Colombia, which opened access to the Latin American market, Stake continues its expansion into new regulated markets.
Idealbet will strengthen Stake’s foothold in Italy’s mature market, maintaining its brand identity while incorporating Stake’s extensive game portfolio. To support this move, Stake will set up an Italian office and expand its team within the country.
Stake Eyes Further Global Expansion
Brais Pena, Chief Strategy Officer at Easygo, the company behind Stake, highlighted that the Idealbet acquisition is a pivotal part of their global growth strategy.

Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
